Tahini, Dark Chocolate & Pistachio Popsicles

1 can full-fat coconut milk

1/2 cup (120ml) tahini

1/3 cup (80ml) maple syrup or any other liquid sweetener

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup chopped pistachios to garnish


Chocolate Coating:
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup or rice malt syrup


  1. Combine tahini, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix together.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds or into an ice cube tray and freeze for 4 hours.
  3. In another bowl, add the cocoa, maple syrup and coconut oil. Mix together and pour over frozen popsicles. Garnish with chopped pistachios and keep in the freezer or enjoy with your family and friends straight away!
