Tahini Choc Chip Cookies

  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ cup Tahini Neri Raw Tahini
  • ½ cup rice malt syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips (dark, milk or white)


  1. Turn oven onto 160 degree celcius. Take baking sheets out.
  2. In a bowl, beat the warm butter, tahini and rice malt syrup for 2-3 minutes or until fluffy.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the egg and vanilla – beat until combined.
  4. In a small bowl, add the flour and chocolate chips, mix to blend ingredients.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, don’t overmix dough – blend to combine.
  6. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper & form round balls of cookie dough in your hands, place each cookie dough 4 cm apart.
  7. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes or until soft and golden brown. Let cookies cool on baking tray then ENJOY!
