Ingredients
Roasted Cauliflower:
- 1 cauliflower head, chopped into little branches.
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp thyme, basil, paprika and oregano
Serve with:
- 200g Tahini Neri Classic Hummus, Crunchy Hummus or Spicy Hummus
(whichever tickles your fancy most!) - Chopped fresh tomato and fresh parsley
- Warm pita pocket
- Olive oil, kosher salt and black pepper
