Roasted cauliflower hummus bowl

Roasted Cauliflower:

  • 1 cauliflower head, chopped into little branches.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp thyme, basil, paprika and oregano

Serve with:

  • 200g Tahini Neri Classic Hummus, Crunchy Hummus or Spicy Hummus
    (whichever tickles your fancy most!)
  • Chopped fresh tomato and fresh parsley
  • Warm pita pocket
  • Olive oil, kosher salt and black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius, place cauliflower on baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the cauliflower. Mix the spices in a bowl and season cauliflower.
  3. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and soft.

How to plate it up:

  1. Scoop out your Tahini Neri Hummus and make a swirl in the centre of the bowl.
  2. Place roasted cauliflower branches on top
  3. Garnish with tomatoes, parsley & drizzle olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper
  4. Dunk your pita or fill it with the delicious goodness created!
