Ingredients
1/4 cup cacao
1/3 cup Tahini Neri Hulled Tahini
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/3 self raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Method:
1. Separate egg white from yolk and beat white till fluffy.
2. In a separate bowl combine yolk, tahini, maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla and cacao powder.
3. Gently fold in egg white and shift in flour and baking powder. Stir gently to combine.
4. Pour into greased pudding ramekin, and bake at 190.
Cooking time will depend on your ramekin size – approx. 15 minutes if separating mix into 4 mini ramekins, 20 minutes if into 2 ramekins, 25 minutes if you’re making one big pudding
